Açıklama

Chassis

Will be made of St52 steel material with “I” type cross-section.
Cross traverses will be in the shape of “I”.
All sections will be welded with gas arc welding.

Welding Process

Certified welders in EN 287-1:2004 standard.
Welding materials  conforming to EN ISO 14171.
Shell and Cap Weldings: SAW or SMAW + SAW                

Nozzle Weldings : GTAW or SMAW   

Inspection Authorities

TÜV NORD – ALFANORM – SGS

Tests and Inspections

Will be made by an Independant authority and issued a suitable certificate regarding to their inspection and tests.
*Hydrostatic Pressure Test  

AXLES:

Will use AXMASTER Turkish brand  with 3 x12 loading capacity

Will use mechanical leaf spring ( 10-12 layer)

BRAKE SYSTEM:

Will use dry and binary line brake system.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

Sa-Ba Brand 

2x7 pin sockets - 24V, lights according to SAE standards

Rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted

2 tail & stop combined lamps

2 turn signal combined lamps

1 license plate lamp

Electrical system is suitable for Europen Norms and with flameproof cables

 LANDING GEAR:

Jost or equivelent Turkish brand Type two speed

Telescopic, mechanical conveyor gear

Dynamic Lift Capacity : 25 Tones

Static Lift Capacity      : 50 Tones

Low Gear Position      : 0.98 mm / Rev

KING-PIN:

Jost  or equivelent Turkish brand OMS DIN 74080 standards 2’’ king pin detachable from below made by SAE standards 8 bolt type. With E certificate
